Promoting good mental health
The pandemic placed unprecedented stress on the mental health and wellbeing of our people. As a result, the Firm continued this year to invest heavily in programmes to destigmatise and support people living with mental health challenges and to promote the benefits of wellbeing and self-care.

60+ Mental Health Champions and Trainee Solicitor Supervisors
More than 60 Mental Health Champions and Trainee Solicitor and Apprentice Supervisors attended Managing Mental Health training to ensure they have the skills, tools and confidence to best support their colleagues’ mental health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing Month: 262 people
262 people took part in over 20 different activities and events for Wellbeing Month to support their physical, spiritual, mental, financial, and social wellbeing, and we had 760 interactions with our online pages and resources.
Webinar on loneliness during Mental Health Awareness Week
We hosted a live webinar on loneliness during Mental Health Awareness Week run by coach, writer, keynote speaker and stand up comic, Harriet Beveridge.
This is Me campaign
We launched our third This is Me campaign with Partners and staff sharing their personal experiences of mental health challenges. Over 330 people watched our This is Me video in the week following the launch. The personal stories touched on a wide range of topics and sparked a lot of conversation #endthestigma.
